Online Training
In addition to the Red Cross Disaster Learning Series, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) offers many independent study courses.
All disaster volunteers are strongly encouraged to complete at least the IS-195 Basic Incident Command System and have their certificate of completion on file at the chapter.
