Save a Life by Taking CPR and AED Training

In observance of National CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Week June 1 to 7, the Aroostook County Branch of the American Red Cross – Pine Tree Chapter will sponsor Adult CPR/AED training on Wednesday, June 2 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at their 111 High Street office in Caribou (Lions Community Building).  Cost for this special event training is $25 per person.

In late 2007, the United States Congress established the first week of June as National CPR and AED Awareness Week. For the American Red Cross, this annual event represents an opportunity to increase lifesaving education with a spotlight on how lives can be saved if more Americans know CPR and how to use an AED.

Make a commitment to get trained before summer begins!  Be ready to respond in an emergency situation with life saving skills through CPR and AED training.

For more information or to register, please call 207-493-4620, ext. 110 or email zettermanb@pinetree.redcross.org.
